Eden had been suffering from an ear infection for over a week even after antibiotics. Her mother decided to take her to the local clinic where they took her vitals and found she had low oxygen levels, dehydration, and low energy. This was followed by an ambulance ride to Vanderbilt Children’s hospital where over the next 48hrs she was eventually diagnosed with AML Leukemia.
Over the last few months, she has received several rounds of chemotherapy and spent weeks in the hospital with few breaks at home in-between. She has been so strong and brave through all of this, and has been an inspiration to see the joy she still sees in each day. So far signs have been positive and we all have faith she will beat this. With that being said the family still has a long journey ahead of them with more rounds of chemo and countless trips to the hospital for tests to be sure the cancer stays away. These things can be a huge financial burden.

Processing times

Shipping
Once your package has been given to USPS we are not responsible for "lost" or "damaged" products, you can reach out to your local post office for more information on your products. Please Note, due to Covid shipping times are taking longer than usual and packages are not being tracked as normal. Do not rely on the USPS website for updates on your package. If you would like to purchase insurance, please reach out to us and we can help you with this BEFORE your order has shipped.
Return/Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns/exchanges, our products are personalized and made to order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Changes/Cancellations
We only accept changes to your order within the first 24 hours, after 24 hours your products will be sent to production and no changes can be made. If you have any questions please e-mail us at Support@banditmonthly.com. We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of purchase, we start our products as soon as possible.

These watch bands are NOT brand certified, this is just the strap, no watch is included. If you are allergic to silicone or any product used in silicone bands do not wear, we are not responsible for any reaction you may have due to the rubbing of the band.
Please note that colors may vary. Your item may slightly differ from the one pictured. Due to the material of the watch band being silicone it is normal to have slight fading/fall out of the engraved area. Instructions are included in band purchase.
